How We Fulfill Orders All products in our store are made-to-order or fulfilled by trusted third-party print-on-demand and dropshipping partners, including Printful, Printify, Lulu Direct, Gooten, DSers, and CJ Dropshipping. Orders are shipped directly from our suppliers to you.
Processing Time Orders are typically processed and handed to a carrier within 2–7 business days after purchase, depending on the product and supplier. Custom or print-on-demand items (journals, apparel, gifts) may require additional production time.
Estimated Shipping Times Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:
- Domestic (US): 5–15 business days
- International: 10–30 business days
Shipping times vary by supplier, product type, and destination. These are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
International Orders & Customs International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
Delays While we strive to meet estimated timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to high demand, carrier issues, or customs processing. We will notify you of any known delays affecting your order.
