Refund policy

Our Commitment We want you to love your purchase. Because our products are made-to-order by third-party print-on-demand and dropshipping partners, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at abidingave@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the item and the issue

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Lost or Undelivered Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will investigate with the supplier. Refunds or replacements for lost orders are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Returnable Items Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size ordered
  • Items marked as final sale

Refund Processing Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
